Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include proof of purchase.

To request a return, email bhubster63@gmail.com before mailing the item. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at bhubster63@gmail.com so we can review the issue and, when applicable, cover the return-shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
